Return Policy

Refund Policy

Please email us at quoting your name, order number, item description and date of order with reason for return. Once we have given you a Return Number you can then return the item to us.

·         We will issue a full refund including the returning costs for faulty products or incorrectly supplied goods.

·         Please give us at least 5 days to process your refund once we have received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment account.

·         If you provided an email address we will send you an email confirming that we have refunded your card.



Product Fault 

In the unlikely event if there is a fault with your product, we will normally offer a prompt exchange or refund of the goods provided that

·         The fault is clearly as a result of poor workmanship or faulty materials

·         The fault is not the direct result of normal wear and tear or negligent actions

·         We reserve the right to assess whether the fault meets the above criteria.



Correct Measurements 

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements for made to measure products supplied are correct. Please following the measuring guide provided. If you require any further advice, please do not hesitate to contact us. We cannot accept returns for made to measure curtains and made to measure roman blinds that have been made using incorrect measurements. In some situations, we may be able to alter the goods, however, any cost in doing do will be borne by the customer.
